1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Veriafy services provided by DCS (Data Control Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Veriafy is a file classification platform powered by VERIAFY (Semantic Hash Inference Engine for Layered Detection) technology. It uses proprietary hash-based technology to classify files without accessing their content. Services include CLI tools, SDKs, APIs, and access to classification models.

3. Account Terms

• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• •One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use Veriafy for any illegal purpose or in violation of laws
• •Attempt to reverse engineer Veriafy vectors or classification models
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• •Exceed your plan limits or circumvent usage restrictions

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Veriafy, including its technology, algorithms, and user interface, is protected by international patents and copyrights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veriafy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Classification results are probabilistic and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Veriafy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
