Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
Does Veriafy really never see my files?
Correct. Veriafy uses an irreversible hashing process to create vectors from your files. These vectors are mathematically impossible to reverse into the original content. Classification happens entirely on these vectors — your source files never leave your infrastructure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free tier lets you evaluate Veriafy with no time limit. For Pro and Business plans, we offer a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits. If you exceed them, requests will be queued (not dropped) and processed as capacity becomes available. We'll suggest upgrading if you consistently hit limits.
